Gnomad the Roaming Gnome

 

The Adventure begins! Where's Gnomad? Find out where Gnomad has been so far.

 

The Roaming Gnome is a new project that started from an idea by Twitter member @fleaSha. The Gnome is an 8" tall statue of a little gnome. The idea is that fellow Twitter members will take turns mailing The Gnome to each other and thus send him on a voyage wide and far.  Everyone will in turn take photos of themselves and The Gnome and also the gnome in various places in their home towns and at events.

 

Wish You Were Here... Gnomad sends postcards. 

 

The gnome's name is Gnomad! Here are the results of the vote.

 

Some ideas include sending the gnome to conferences such as SXSW, BlogHer, and other conferences and TweetUps.
